Screening of the audiovisual project: False memory of a true past
What would happen if, in the future, the recounting of our history were in the hands of a virtual entity? Would the view of the past be the same?
This audiovisual project, which seeks to create a reflection on the use of artificial intelligence as a tool for generating a historical archive, is located in MUSA after their performance at the LA Art Show in Los Angeles, United States of America.
The video installation allows one to delve into the history of the Universidad de Guadalajaraas well as paying tribute to the cultural promoter and visionary Raúl Padilla López who, as part of this work, promoted the creation of the MUSA Museum of the Arts of the Universidad de Guadalajara in 1994. The story will be told from two perspectives: the human and the artificial.
Curated by: Moisés Schiaffino.
In collaboration with: LA Art Show, DIVERSartLA, University of Guadalajara Foundation | USA and Grodman Legacy.
From March 19 to April 21, 2024.
